All Youth grades 6-12 are welcome to participate. Through youth group, we connect with God and each other, serve God and neighbor in love, and have a lot of fun together!

Join us for worship to hear all about our 2025 youth mission trip to Pewaukee, WI! The Youth and leaders will lead worship and share about their mission trip experience!

Loving like Jesus & serving our neighbors is at the heart of Polk City UMC Youth Group. Beyond Mission Trip, we get out into our community and serve with joy throughout the year!

Some of the ways we have served include:

• Trick or Treat for Food Insecurity
• Meal Packing with Outreach Inc.
• Meals from the Heartland

Annual Youth Group Painting
Each year, our youth group creates a painting to add to the youth group art gallery. Embrace your inner artist and make your mark on this year’s painting!

Throughout the year, we raise funds to support all of our youth in participating in our Youth Mission Trip. All youth going on the mission trip help make these efforts a success. 

This year we are planning the following fundraisers:

Chili Challenge
A fun community event! Taste many varieties of chili and vote with your dollars to help us choose the year's best chili!

Annual Pie Auction
Come bid on tasty treats prepared by our Youth. All funds support the mission trip!

In 2025 we sent 25 youth and 6 adults on Mission Trip thanks to the generousity of our faith community and families. Check out our thank you note to the congregation for investing in our faith development through Mission Trip!
