Trick-or-Treat for Food Insecurity Drive

Please join the Polk City United Methodist Youth Group in our Trick-or-Treat for Food Insecurity Drive.

Help us reach our goal of raising 2,000 food items for DMARC and the NP Comet Cupboard!

3 ways to participate:

Youth Group Donation Pick-up

On October 25th, the youth group will be coming through these neighborhoods at 7pm to pick up food items left out on porches:

  • Marina Cove
  • Deer Haven
  • Lost Lake
  • Wolf Creek

 

Drop off Donations

You can also drop off your donation by 7pm on October 25th at one of the following locations:

  • Polk City United Methodist Church
  • Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church
  • Fareway
  • Polk City Community Library

Donation Funds

You can also donate funds via cash, checks made out to Comet Cupboard or Polk City United Methodist Church designating “Trick-or-Treat for Food Insecurity” in the memo, PCUMC Vanco Halloween entry, or Venmo @CometCupboard-npcc.

Most Needed Items include:

  • Canned fruit in own juice
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cereal
  • Mac n Cheese
  • Spaghettios
